Sleeps 4 plus 2 infants – 2 bedrooms and nursery
This is an airy open plan cottage with homegrown, oak floors throughout.
The well appointed kitchen has a range of full sized appliances with a spacious breakfast bar, ideal for those lazy morning over a cuppa. This adjoins a comfortable sitting room with panoramic views across the Beacons. There are a wealth of exposed beams in the double height ceiling, with a wood burner for extra warmth (logs provided). The Tv has Sky FreeSat with a DVD and for listening pleasure there is a mini-hifi.
Also downstairs is a handy cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. The walls play host to a selection of work by local artist, Sally Matthews.
Upstairs the bedrooms (double & twin) are all furnished in Welsh pine. They have soft cotton bed linen and fluffy duvet and pillows made from recycled plastic bottles.
The nursery is furnished with pine cot and cot bed with attractive bedding and has a starry blackout blind and double lined curtains for those long summer days. There is a nightlight on the landing and sockets in the nursery have protective covers.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin.
The cottage entrance hosts the utility/boot room room with washing machine and dryer. There is a shared play area and washing line on the lawns.
Outside there is also a seating with large table and chairs made from recycled farm plastics and panoramic views across to Pen-y-Fan.
Children are very welcome with stair gate, fireguard and high chair provided. Dogs & cats are welcome but should be kept under control at all times. Horses and ponies are also welcome. Please check out the Riding, horses & stabling page for more information
